Dr. Dev Gupta
Dr. Gupta is the founder and Chairman of Newlans. Previously Dr. Gupta founded two companies, Dagaz Technologies and Maxcomm, which were acquired by Cisco Systems in 1997 and 1999 respectively.
In 2000, he founded Narad Networks which manufactured Gigabit Ethernet networking equipment for the cable industry. Narad Networks (renamed PhyFlex) was acquired by Cienna in 2007.
He has over thirty patents in communications, networking, circuit design, and signal processing.
Paul Conley, PhD
Dr. Paul Conley leads new investments for Paladin Capital, while serving as an active Director on Newlans Board. Paul has more than 15 years of previous R&D and entrepreneurial experience including being the founding CEO of BrightScale and Appfluent Technology.
Divi Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer of Newlans. Divi manages the daily operations of the company, leads the company's business and corporate development efforts, and is responsible for fundraising/investor relations.
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Atmel. Previously, Stan served as CTO and Senior Vice President of Advanced Development for Synaptics where he drove the overall technology strategy and direction for the company. Prior to Synaptics, Stan served as a member of the Office of the President at MiniCircuits where he was responsible for strategy and corporate development. From 2004 to 2008, he was the Vice President & General Manager of the Linear Products business unit at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., and from 2000 to 2004, Stan served as Vice President and General Manager of Agere Systems Computing Connectivity division. Stan has also served as CEO of Quantex Microsystems.

Behrooz has extensive experience in wireless technology through serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of CDMA Technologies at Qualcomm and engineering positions at Motorola, Inc. where he served as Vice President and General Manager for Motorola's radio products division, in charge of RF and mixed-signal ICs for the wireless mobile market.

From 1996 to 2000, Adam held Senior Finance Management positions at Intel in its Planning and Logistics group and Intel Capital.
Former founder and CEO of Enfora, a wireless networking company, sold to Novatel Wireless in 2010. He also served as Executive Vice President and a key member of management for Inet Technologies Inc., a leading global provider of communications software solutions for network operators, which was sold to Tektronix in 2004.

Dr. Tkachenko is the Executive Vice President at Eta Devices, technology innovator delivering industry's highest efficiency and bandwidth ETAdvanced based RF transmitter solutions for LTE-A, 802.11ac, IoT and Infrastructure markets, where he is responsible for its Handset Business. Gene has over 20 years of experience in the wireless semiconductor industry and technology platform development with billions of components shipped into various mobile devices, including industry's first LTE PA modules and Skyworks first SOI ASM products.
